I am reminded today we are at the half way point between Winter and Spring. I love this time of transition and transformation. It’s very addicting to have one foot in Winter (snow is falling) and one foot in Spring (paper whites and tulips are sprouting up)
I have embraced the New Year and seasonal Rhythms. I am in heightened energy with the amazing Super Blue Blood Moon Eclipse. I hope you were able to witness this Lunar Beauty. I created a love list of intentions and released what I wanted to rid myself of… I feel light. So, what does this all mean for you?
Winter should be a time of personal growth, a time to go within, a restful break, a time to replenish energy for the start of the “planting” season, Spring. The shorter days that winter provides should be used as an opportunity to get more rest, sleep and dream. Personal growth requires a lot of quiet time, solitude and rest.
Solitude is always an interesting period in your life. It can be a time of independence, loneliness or a time of reflection and growth, the choice is yours. Time spent alone has the ability to open creativity. It allows you to become your real self, true to yourself. A time for you to explore who you really are. What lights you up!
Looking at Spring just around the corner creates another opportunity and energy. When you take time to be introspective, ask, what is important to you? What do you want to seed, to create? These questions are vital for a life that expresses peace and deep connection. Spring gives you hope that what you create can be uniquely designed by you. It’s time to start planting the seeds you want not what someone else wants.
It’s by Divine Creation that in Winter’s seeming dormancy lie the seeds of great change and newness. So here we are at the thoughts and evidence already of Spring, with her unique rhythms. I invite you to list three areas in your life you want to start planting seeds to find growth in Spring.
