Healing Through Ritual Online Workshop
5 weeks to creating your new Sacred Body Vessel and filling it with your most passionate, sacred ritual desires.
I believe the most creative ritual act you will ever undertake is the creative act of ritual that belongs only to you. It is in these signature ritual creations you will find your essence of the beauty that lies deep within your soul
What is a ritual anyway?
If I asked ten people this question, I am sure I would get ten different answers and they all would be respectful, for each of us is created differently. The sacredness of rituals has been around for thousands of years. It is an act whose significance lies not in the apparent, superficial activity but rather in the meaning—religious, personal, social, or other.
Rituals of various kinds are a feature of almost all known human societies, past or present. They include not only the various worship rites and sacraments of organized religions and groups, but also the rites of passage of certain societies, atonement and purification rites, oaths of allegiance, dedication, marriages and funerals, school traditions and graduations, club meetings, sports events, Halloween parties, parades, holiday shopping and more….I lost my breath on that one.
But what is lost in rituals is they should be done with more consciousness. Rituals are a part of our everyday life. Our morning routine of getting up, taking a shower, brushing our teeth, getting dressed, drinking our cup of coffee or hot tea and getting in our car and heading to work can be a ritual. But, with our busy minds, busy families, busy society, we have lost the sacredness of daily ritual living. We can go for weeks, even months, without connecting with our self and the sacredness of life. I believe it is more important than ever to set aside time daily to increase awareness and cultivate what brings us sacredness and add ritual along with what truly fills our vessel to overflowing.
I am grateful for the dishes that need washing, windows that need cleaning, floors that need sweeping because it means I have a home
In the next 5 weeks, each week, we will cover a topic and rituals that will complement each lesson. The 1st week is an introduction week. This workshop will be in a flowing workbook form and you will also have a place to journal that you can print off. When you create rituals it is so important to get out of just your thinking realm and into your entire body so you can feel the juiciness. These are the topics we will cover and create. Also each week I will share one of my most loved personal rituals. Don’t you love good surprises? I also want to be of support to you during your 4 week Ritual journey.
